Drupal 7.x

On Drupal 7 and installed schema.org Metatag modules. While configuring global settings couldn't find tokens related to "answer" type from available tokens. Not sure if I'm missing something, appreciate any help on this. 

FYI - I was able to find tokens for Question type.

I'm in the process of upgrading an older Drupal 7 site (to 8) and having trouble getting the theme Framework working; Best description is that it is ignored and using the fallback Bartik theme. The site is running locally and my setup is:

Windows IIS 10 PHP 7.4 MySQL 5.7 Drupal 7.78 Framework 3.5

I was issued with a static IP Address in 2006 which I am currently using within my website.
Site details Drupal 7.80, Apache 2.4,29, Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
After running phpinfo() I note:
HTTP_HOST and SERVER_NAME contain my IP Address
Also the IP Address is configured in Smoothwall (a side issue).
Vodafone are sending a local home appliance technician to assist me change my IP address this Tuesday. I do not understand Vodafone's reason for changing my IP Address but believe it is something to do with their Billing System.

My D7 "administrator" user has suddenly started having some weird problems.  Actually, not suddenly, odd behavior has been been creeping in over the last couple of weeks.

All of these problems are exclusive to the "administrator" user and apply to any user I try promoting to administrator.  None of my other roles are having any of these problems.  I should also add that the site in question is about 10 years old and has not exhibited these problems in any of that time.

I've installed a module to my site so that I can ideally display an "Instagram Feed" element to within the body of a page. My issue is that I'm only able to apply the block to a "Region," e.g. "Content" or "Content Top" of a page, and not within the page. So in other words, the Instagram feed is meant to live within the body of the page, after a couple paragraphs and headlines, and before another paragraph and headline.
