Composer installation of Drupal 7 failing

I'm currently in the process of trying to install drupal 7 via composer. I installed composer 2 and php and ran the command:

composer create-project drupal-composer/drupal-project:7.x-dev Demo

The command then fails with the error:

Showing sidebar with content type nodes

I am sorry to be so ignorant. May I know how to show a sidebar on a content type node page?  I am running a Drupal 7 website.

Thanks and regards

Warning Count message

Dear All, I am getting the following error message on one of my Drupal 7 websites. Could anyone please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in include() (line 27 of /home/halalbi1/public_html/sites/all/themes/cars_dealer/templates/views-flipped-table--browse-cars--cars-compare.tpl.php).

Thanks and regards

Migrate UI - Comments Module error - D7 to D8/D9.

Attempting to upgrade from from D7 to D8 or D9.

I get an error when migrating comments module.  I have searched for a solution without success.

The error in the migrate UI is:

Migration d7_comment did not meet the requirements. Missing migrations d7_node_complete:story. requirements: d7_node_complete:story

The site is hosted on Hostinger using PHP 7.4

I'm hoping this is something obvious that I am missing.
