Drupal 7.x

I have almost finished building a family history site with Drupal 7 and I am looking to make a distribution of it.

I am pretty far along with this but I'm stuck as to how to include example content. I've have installed the Features, Strongarm and Profiler modules.

What else do I need?

If anybody could assist I would be very grateful.

I added some basic html5 code in a block

New to drupal, so please bear with me. My client has given me their "Sites All" themes and libraries folder as well as their site-specific "themes", "files", "settings.php," a list of their modules, and a database sql dump. My job is to take this and get it up and running on a different server. The problem: When I load their sql data into a new database to use for drupal, I'm not able to view the drupal dashboard-like thing. When I use a clean database to start installation with drupal, I am able to view the dashboard properly, but loading their data gives me sql errors.

I have a text field selection with check box widget.

I can check all values if i want to.

I want to display some content in my node type template depending if the field contains a specific value.

I'm using D7.

Any idea?

Can I use IMAGE API OPTIMIZE together with reSmush.it image style optimizer ?

I thought I'd try rebuilding my personal site in Drupal, just for fun and gain experience with this system. So far, it's been just about anything but fun to be honest. I've been building sites, for myself and clients for ages using in Joomla and Wordpress but as a former collegue was so infatuated with Drupal I though I'd give it a go. Obviously I'm missing something obvious.
