I have a decimal field that was originally set with a scale of 5 that now needs to be changed to 6. I have read a few items regarding how to go about doing this and was wanting to reach out to ask the "safe" way to do this...or the easiest "safe" way without causing issues. Can this be done just from the database by making the change to the two data fields (data & revision)?
A member of a global confederation of 17 organizations, this rights-based entity fights poverty and injustice by connecting grassroots initiatives (through partner NGOs) with advocacy and policy-making at local, national and global levels. Our Drupal support team helped them identify and problems with the website and payment gateway, and developed their Trailwalker website from scratch in Drupal 7.
I would like to create a block for Drupal 7 (and possibly for Drupal 8) that contains a HTML5 radioplayer (start/stop stream) and a field that displays the current playing track as well as the previous 4 tracks. All tracks list the Artist and the song title. Only the current track also displays the album artwork.
If you click on any of the tracks in the header a forum thread will load for that particular song where registered users (authticated Drupal users) may discuss that particular title.
What are the best practices to do changes(new modules, new requirements, new content type, modifications) on the existing site which is live & is being used by users?
Thanks.
{{PAID}} I am looking for someone who can figure out why a site that has been launched for several years suddenly has the permissions not work for the Premium Content module.
It is a Drupal 7 site, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the module. Everything I have tried has failed.
The permissions to allow a role to:
Administer Premium Content Levels and Administer node premium status works. But no roles can get a permission saved for Access Premium content premium content or any subsequent premium content levels that we add in.
