I have set up a site with the Group module enabled and I have limited content for 2 groups. I have set up a view called Content View. Within it, I have a page called contentview/all and I have a page called contentview/improvements. I have both of the pages set up to use Menu Tabs.

Looking for some help fixing a high-CPU usage issue.
Some specs:
-Drupal 7
-Windows Server 2012
-PHP 5.5.11
(Have come to realize that this is a very uncommon config.)
Currently experiencing nearly-constant ~98-100% CPU. Lots of "php-cgi.exe" processes - ~100 as I type, but varies from a dozen to 100+. Most show 0% CPU, but a few take up to 10%, so they add up quick. Have rebooted server many times, but CPU jumps back to 100%.
