Mobile Detect issues

We have Mobile Detect added to the page template for our front page, as we have two different versions of the site depending on how you are accessing the front page. However, it is giving us a number of errors in the log even though it is indeed working.

Here's the two errors:

Create View of Related Group Content, Drupal 7

I have set up a site with the Group module enabled and I have limited content for 2 groups. I have set up a view called Content View. Within it, I have a page called contentview/all and I have a page called contentview/improvements. I have both of the pages set up to use Menu Tabs.

I don't see menu tabs and I don't see content. It seems like the problem may be in the paths I created, but I have tried various options without success:

contentview/all

contentview/all/%group

contentview/%/all

PHP-CGI.EXE, 100% CPU

Looking for some help fixing a high-CPU usage issue.

Some specs:
-Drupal 7
-Windows Server 2012
-PHP 5.5.11

(Have come to realize that this is a very uncommon config.)

Currently experiencing nearly-constant ~98-100% CPU. Lots of "php-cgi.exe" processes - ~100 as I type, but varies from a dozen to 100+. Most show 0% CPU, but a few take up to 10%, so they add up quick. Have rebooted server many times, but CPU jumps back to 100%.
