Creating a custom field module

I am trying out creating a custom field module for views, but I keep getting this error when I apply the field on the view.

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'views_report_state_field' in 'field list'

Here is my code:

FILE - views_report_state.info

name = Views Report State
description = Turns short abbreviated states (ex: TX) into fully readable names (ex: Tx = Texas)
package = Views
core = 7.x

files[] = views/views_report_state_field.inc

Website Translation

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how can I translate my website, I mean, give the chance of changing the language to the user (typical menu with flags). How is it made?

Thank you.

Regards.

How to dynamically update a views display

I need to create a page where a user fills out a content type form, hits submit, then sees the results of the submission on the same page.

For example on the left hand side of the page there might be a form where a user enters a name and a location. Then on the right hand side of the page the user sees a list of names paired with locations. When a user enters a name/location pair, ideally, it would automatically appear in the list on the right hand side of the page.

Can this be created with existing modules? If so, what is the best way to go about doing this?

Renaming files after bulk creation

I could be hoping.  But we woud like to bulk add lot's of files and then either clone these but to have different filenames or to have a different filename for different users to download them as.  So far I have been playing with "bulk file nodes" module to bulk import images and set a "UID" field on each node and then rules to clone or replicated and rename the files but I can't seem to get it working.  Any help or another approach would be much apprecated.
