Template suggestion nor override recognized

I'm a Drupal newbie. Installing Drupal and modules, creating content-types and creating an image gallery all went very easy. I'm impressed by the power of Drupal. But then I tried to add a line of text to a specific content-type, I have been trying in vain for nearly a week...

What I did:

I have a custom content-type with machine name 'image_of_imagemanager'.

In theme debug mode I found the following possible template suggestions:

 FILE NAME SUGGESTIONS:
   * node--41.tpl.php
   * node--image-of-imagemanager.tpl.php
   x node.tpl.php

Link Title disappear

Goal: Authenticated users can add their social links to there profile (my account) page.
Problem: When a authenticated users edit there Account the title of the link fields always disappear.
So the error 'Title must be entered if URL is provided.' appears. The url remains unchanged

How to change the path of the Printer Friendly version of Node?

As the developer details for the module "Printer, email and PDF versions", I am using the same for the generating the Printer friendly version of the specific node.

But my problem is the link, as per the instruction availble on link https://www.drupal.org/project/print
It will create the link as

Verify Email AND Password

I am looking for a module/way to have the following:

  • User create a profile with custom password, email and username.
  • They have to verify their email to access comment form

If they don't have verified their email, they can't post/comment.

Any suggestions?

Creating a new drupal site with old data

Hi,

I am planning a site upgrade for my client. We need to stick with Drupal 7. Currently they have a Drupal 7 website, but it is blotted with modules and has errors in the database. We need to keep the customer data in Drupal/CiviCRM/UBERCART, but we don't want to build on a site that already has errors and is blotted. Can anyone give us information on the best process of creating a new site and importing the old data?

Thank you

Gareth
