I am on a hosted Litespeed server and my permissions test in the security review module are failing for all files.  Error/warning is "It is dangerous to allow the web server to write to files inside the document root of your server."  My files are all owned by my user and the group is my username as well.  Some files are read-write for the group and some are readonly for the group.   Even when I change my files to 600 the permissions test still fails.  They only permissions that work are when I make the owner readonly.   What are the correct permissions?  Should I have them change the group

I need to show 4 out of the 5 blog entries on the homepage, instead of 3 like it is now.

Drupal 7.59, Panels3, Views, Entity reference

Drupal beginner. It must be simple but I just don't manage to find it and searched several hours.

I have a content type A that contains an image. I have a content type B that has an entity reference to a content type A.

I use Panels to display content type B. I chose to display B's field with the entity reference to A, and as formatter use "Rendered Entity".

This shows a complete content type A in content type B's panel. However, I only want the image in content type A.

I want to keep the original view displayed  when either editing the view row or adding a new node - just as happens when I view the node from a view row or if I open up the edit or  create overlay and then close it without saving. Default behaviour is to display the new or edited node which means the user needs to re-display the view.

It would be acceptable if edit/add new opened the form in a new browser window but this doesn't work with add/edit like it does with view ( by entering _blank in the Target field for the view).

I have a custom content type, writings, which when articles are written using the Full HTML with a <p> tag added, the paragraphs don't render. All the text is running together with no paragraphs. I've set permissions for the writer to use Full HTML and I've added the <p> tag to the Allowed HTML Tags correctly.

Hi, all;

I'm using the Drupal CAPTCHA module on two submission forms, and I've been getting some (1 a day or less) junk mail coming in through the submission e-mail.  I think it's 'bots.  I searched the forums and found some discussion of this, but the newest ones were 2015-ish.  My questions are, 1) how do 'bots defeat the CAPTCHA? 2) what can be done about it? and 3) is there a module using the challenge with the photographs (e.g. click all the pictures that have signs in them).
