How to aggregate content?

Hi,

I would like to aggregate information from outside sites. 

Especially numbers, with which I will do different mathematical operations.

Do you know which is the most reliable solution to use? 

In Drupal 7 there was a function provided natively, but with drupal 8 you have to install the module feeds, or is there a solution already present?

How to turn off auto-scroll when rearranging content fields

When I have a dozens of fields in a content type (or in a webform) I have a frustrating experience in D7.

When I grab Drupal's + icon to drag the field to a new order on the page, the page "jumps" up dramatically, losing my place.   For instance if I am dragging the 34th out of 36 fields, and I wish to move it just up to number 32 on the page, I will suddenly find myself near the top of the page.  The original form element remains near the bottom of the list, however.

Is Outside E-Mail to Blog Comment Possible?

Been searching around and there's a lot of mail module out there. Is there a module where the user can create a blog and provide a link to the blog and an outside e-mail like Outlook and Google can e-mail to and it will show up on the user's Drupal blog comment section?

Age-old Drupal 7 with > 1000 nodes, seems corrupted

Dear support,

my Drupal 7 website, consists of more than 1000 nodes with a 100 blocks and many pictures.

The Drupal version and all installed modules are up to date.

But in recent weeks I came accross some severe problems, that didn't occur before. Some things don't work anymore as usual and it seems I did some things wrong in the past (for example: editing table rows directly in the database).

My question: What would you recommend, to set up a "naked" new Drupal 7 installation and migrate all contents from my actual page to this new installation?

A View with 2 content types with conditions for including records

Is it possible to set up filters on a view to include  all published records of content type A that are published and have a Do Not Include marker set to to False + all published records for content type B with an Include marker set to True?  If so, how? I was looking for AND OR type logic like exists in Rules but cannot find any.  Thanks

File Upload Module

Hi, I have a website running on Drupal 7.32 on a linux environment, I have a issue with my website. In my file system I have mentioned tmp folder which is in my root directory to be the temp folder.  In one of the section on my website I need to upload certain files for end users to download. Files does not get uploaded in Drupal unless I give full 777 access to tmp folder. I tried giving only write access to tmp folder, but still the file does not get uploaded. It necessarily requires execute permission for files to be uploaded.
