Facing Post Path error while migration???????

Need to migrate Rest services custom module, that processes POST requests, from drupal 7 to 8. 
 But can't get POST to work, route not found error.

The GET is working, but POST give path error.

Upgrade Drupal 7 (7.73) to Drupal 8, and update PHP

Hello everyone, I'm new in Drupal and I'm working on project, in this moment I try to update PHP and Upgrade Drupal version from 7.73 to 8, and I have a question, what's the easiest way to upgrade this two object, if someone can explain me how to do it will be perfect.

Block is displaying in Middle page when not enough content

I have this problem, and I guess not the very first time -

Right after Drupa installation - If I create some Block - anything - it displays in the middle page, and I am getting mad - I should change my theme.....

soon after - if I put there several blocks, in sidebar for example - the screen height is filled - my Content goes up..... to the beginning of the area.....

Status Messages not displaying (D7)

Not sure how this has started, but at some point I noticed that I don't see Status Messages, such as "Caches flushed successfullly", may be some similar...

I am putting in this forum, because the last 2 days I was busy creating a new theme for Drupal 7 and may be I have lost those status messages somewhere there....

How to use drush launcher on Drupal 7?

This closed github topic claims that the drush launcher is compatible with Drupal 7: https://github.com/drush-ops/drush/issues/3181

However, the instructions are too vague. I've tried to put a copy of drush 8.4.5 in a subdirectory named "vendor/drush/drush/" on my Drupal 7 site, since that is where it lives on a Drupal 8 site, but when drush launcher is installed, running drush in or below the root of my Drupal 7 project results in:
