Switched back to 7x 1.15 and sites returned - Has anyone else had an issue like this?

Site is a Drupal 7.73 on FreeBSD 12.1, PHP 7.4.6

Notified of Chaos Tools Suite update today.  Downloaded and installed update and now get this error.

Only one file is listed so I don't know where the function was already declared.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class InsertQuery, because the name is already in use in /usr/home/xxxxxxxxxxxx/includes/includes/database/query.inc on line 728

I have a view where I re-write a field with the Youtube embed code which includes start and stop parameters. [I'm doing this because the Video Embed field module seems to ignore the parameters.]

Hi! I have a site, and when i click on flush cache, the site is loading old css. It creates a new css file, with the old css, and the last file with the latest css version, just lies next to it in the same folder with a different name.
