I need a few changes done to the Bartik theme on my test site drupal.carvoeiro.com

I would like the banner adverts (now in "featured") moved above the header in a block of their own so I can use a banner rotation script.

I also need the header redesigned for better menu integration along with the logo / colour design from www.carvoeiro.com

Finally I would like to get rid of the dark grey in the footer region.

I was wondering if I could get some help here. I have had difficulty in logging into Admin configuration page. Every time I put into my firefox browser "http://localhost/admin", it gives me "Access denied" - You are not authorized to access this page. I normally get a page with username and password page for me to fill out so that I could access to the admin page but this time, I never got asked to put in username and password but instead it goes straight into the Access Denied page.

I just downloaded the latest D7 and I am trying to get my old theme converted over.

First problem I encountered is the lack of HTML details in the page.tpl.php as I had in D6. What was the purpose of this? I can think of a few reasons, but none out-weigh the importance of having full control over the template from a developer stand point (or designer).

I meet a problem.
1、when I Add content type with Chinese character name,can't set Machine-readable name.
2、Add content type First in english, and then change into chinese，It may not modify Machine-readable name.

Is it possible to safely update Drupal 7 from BETA3 to RC?
Is the updating path the same as RC to FULL?

I've searched for answers on the forum, but couldn't find any with my keywords.

I have been looking at Bartik, and I wanted to create my own colorable theme. However, I cannot seem to find out how it is possible to include color-dependent images also? Is there a way to do that?
