I am trying to create a custom maintenance page for drupal and have done the following with no result

Copied page.tpl.php
Renamed it to maintenance-page.tpl.php
Uncomment/changed setting.php ( # maintanance_theme’ => ‘minnelli’, to maintanance_theme’ => ‘mytheme’, )
Uncomment - # $conf['reverse_proxy_addresses'] = array('a.b.c.d', ...);
Get error

Can someone assist?

I'm getting the following error:

Inactive fields are not shown unless their providing modules are enabled. The following fields are not enabled:
"My Field Name" ("my field machine name") field requires the Check boxes/radio buttons widget provided by options module

However, the "options" module in core is enabled, so not sure what could be causing the issue?

I am new to Drupal, I have Google Analytics set up using the Drupal "Google Analytics" module under "site configuration". I entered the tracking code and Google Analytics has been working fine for over a week. I realized that I was not using Google Webmasters Tools and I wanted to do so. So I added the website to Google Webmasters Tools and went to verify using "Link to your Google Analytics account" it didn't work.

In drupal 6 + ckk, i can set a permission for every field, so i created a field called task, and only adminstrators can see it.
How can i do the same thing on drupal 7?

I am looking to add a region(s) to nodes. I have read the documentation available for D6, but it doesn't seem to work for D7.
