Looking for a module that allows users to upload images and create another image with them

Similar to how it is done on sites that create bumper stickers or t-shirts using images the user uploads.

I couldn't find a way to migrate from Wordpress to Drupal 7.
There is a module that does this but only works with Drupal 6.

Create on one computer, publish on another

As a senior project, I am developing an ecommerce website for a friend using Drupal (This is the first site I've built and have never used Drupal before). The problem is, I want to build the website on my computer but host it on my friend's computer. Is there an easy way to transfer the page between computers?

User Create Containers?

I know users can create a new topic in a forum but I was wondering if there was a way users can create containers?

Can not install modules on fresh Drupal 7 install.

I get this error when trying to install the views module via the "+ add new module" link:

"The specified file temporary://file0gffQr could not be copied, because the destination directory is not properly configured."

I'm posting this in the installation forum because this is a fresh install and I haven't done a single thing with the site except logging in and trying to install a module. It may be a post installation problem, but it seems that something is not being set properly during the installation process.
