Drupal 7.x

First of all I'm new to Drupal. And I've also triple checked to make sure I'm trying to isntall a theme that's right for my version. So I know that's not the problem. But it won't let me install any themes. When I try, I get the fallowing error.

After upgrade to Drupal 7, I can't display correct files at the bottom of the page. I can select the file that I want to see, but there appear other files. The database yet set the correct files that I want to see (table field_revision_field_file, column field_file_display). Where can be another setting of the files visibility at the bottom of page? Can anybody help?

For example, if I set all uploaded files to display, I can see all of them. If I don't check them to be visible on the bottom of the page, I can see some of this files even if they are not checked ..

Hopefully someone can help me with this, and sorry of this is the wrong forum. I have just noticed a strange bug in IE8.

I have an under node content region set, with a bottom border.

first:
I migrate a basic site form d6 to d7 (no contrib modules)
problem:
the toolbar it's empty after enabling

things i have tried
i noticed that the toolbar takes the links from the mangement menu (no config is possible)
i looked into a vanila D7 and i see that management menu thera have a "admin" item with the link under that. in my site with problems i have all the items hanging from the root of the management menu.

i don't how this parent item got deleted

How can I disable the display of 'Homepage' on the static content pages.
The word 'Homepage' appears on every page I make, which is rather annoying.
