Field API, Entity API, Form API, AJAX

I would like to set a trigger that emails a user as soon as they login, change account settings, etc. I just want to know what can I use in the "send email to" field, for example their is a command "[node:author:mail]" that mails to the author.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi all, i was wondering if anybody know if there is a way to assign a node or page to more one user ?
or is there a module to help to do this?

I am most likely approaching this incorrectly but have not found the fix.
