Drupal 7.x

I have added a new subtitle field to my Basic Page template through Field Management and it is all working as expected. The only thing I wonder is at the moment the text that is captured in this subtitle field is arapped in <p> tags. Can I get the text to be wrapped in <h2> tags instead?

Has Job Scheduler module additional module for managing jobs from UI ?
I use this module to manage my webbots and it works fine. Although sometimes I would like to turn off, force run, reschedule my tasks and I miss UI for these actions. I know I can do this from the code but I would like to this from some administration form. Is here any additional module for job scheduler that provides UI for it (I couldn't find) or are you(users of this module) doing it by yourself?

But when I tried to call it in a submit function I get a white blank page.

I've been using Drupal for some time now, but feel I haven't even scratched the surface in my personal knowledge of the capabilities in Drupal, so please excuse me if my question is horrible obvious.

I'm building a site to provide local politicians the capability to raise campaign funds. I'm using CiviCRM to handle the donor forms and have everything working the way it should, but the way I currently have it setup, I'll have to do all the work.
