Drupal 7.x

hook_page_alter is really helpful for altering page display according to custom needs, but it looks very theme specific.
With default theme I can find page content in
$page['content']['main']['#markup']
But these array keys for $page changes according to the theme, hence my module becomes very theme specific.
Is there any way/trick to make it generic? so that my module will work on every theme.

I am using Drupal version 7.2 and have tried both Views 7.3 rcl and Views 7.3 dev versions. I am trying to group a custom CCK field of decimal numbers together and get the total SUM. All my outputs display an empty field.

My test on both versions include stripping down everything inside the view except for

User Aggregation: Yes
Content: Time (This is my CCK decimal number field)

In short I am just looking for a way to display the SUM of a column of field values in views. Any ideas, links to documentation, suggestions, or ideas would be great.

I'm looking to take down my old pair.com website on my domain and upload a new drupal site. Pair.com said they use a Software Installation Manager to upload drupal 7. Has anyone used this?

Hi,

I have changed my theme to garland, updated drupal from 6.22 to 7.4. After the update i get the the following message Notice: Undefined variable: site_name_and_slogan . Even thought the garland theme it self came from version 7.4.
