Drupal 7.x

Hallo Drupal community

I have now used around 8 hours to find a solution for this small problem. On one of my websites: www.exdane.dk (the front page), i cannot edit the "Learn More" button. The "Learn more" text shall be changed to something like "Next" but how? The "Learn More" bottun follows the 5 pictures, which rotates in the slider.

Where are the "Learn More" button on my front page:
It's just under the gallery slider, on the right side.

I am working with drupal 7. How do I limit a taxonomy dropdown exposed filter to only display the terms used by nodes in view results?

I understand that the list is populated before the views takes place, but this means that i am often left with tags that display nothing ( since they are hidden with my view) any help would be much appreciated

I am now ready to create my own theme.

I am told that with Panels you don't need to create a theme page.tpl.php.

I used to use Dreamweaver (until I saw the light of Drupal!) and I have had to force myself not to do manual coding and to understand and use things like pagemanager, views ...

I was reading panels (http://drupal.org/project/panels) and it said this:

I then created a region--sidebar_left and placed the following code in there to print my logo and link to the homepage

I am familiar with views, but can't seem to find the correct field to include -
I am using the video module and specifying the video by youtube URL,
I can see the thumbnail when I edit the node, so it works, I just don't
know how to access it

I get the following error when uploading a banner for the rotating banner module.
