Drupal 6.x

I have a lot of strange log entries.

All modules are up-to-date.

I have checked server error log - nothing there.

I can't edit any node on my Drupal after upgrade to 6.28 version. The site shows "Page not found" message everytime I submit save button. Then I checked on report log that error is related with 406.shtml.
Could you help me to solve this upgrade problem?

I have 4 different web forms on my web site.
all web forms (1-3) when i list the results id's start at 1
But form 4 when i list results(submissions) first submission id is 170 for some reasons.
Is there any reason for that?
