I have installed and configured form builder module and integrated it in webform ,however, the drag and drop feature not working in IE9. In all other browsers it is working fine.

My site does not allow users to register. It is strictly anonymous users.
I get 30 to 50 access denied warnings a day for user/register from all over the world, many of them duplicate IP addresses.

Previously I had allowed users to register, however the result was 10,000+ bogus users in my database with supposedly valid email addresses. I switched to not allowing users to register but still get many attempts to register.

I'm currently administrating a greek hip hop news website, that's based on Drupal 6.26, with a custom-module for it's stand-alone phpbb 3 forum, which syncs the members log in activity/registrations with the drupal database and blocks.

This happens when I change the default theme from my custom theme (zen sub-theme) to Garland or Zen. Doesn't seem to happen when changing to any of the other default themes. Also happens when trying to copy the site to a different server, which is how I first discovered the problem.

I'm using a zen sub-theme on Drupal 6, admin theme is Garland.

if Views has no content, "view-content" block doesn't display nothing, but this means that when displayed, block could not has a title. Thing that instead i wish to have.
Seems trivial but i tried some solution without result.

How can i get block-title, but hide entire block if views has no content ?
