Hi I have moved my site to new server and getting access denied error on all content so I tried to build permissions again and though it is getting completed 100%, after this, it shows the message - "The content access permissions have not been properly rebuilt."
I have cleared the caches, checked the modules, permissions etc but still not able to figure out the problem and need some paid assistance. If you think you can fix the problem, please contact me through my profile contact form.

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this ? I have cleared all the caches too
I have found much to my grief that the website theme for a Drupal website, is not displaying properly after I downloaded a copy of the website with Filezilla (for backup purposes)
At the time I hadn't changed any of the files. I've tried clearing the cache of the website, and nothing happens.
Please help! This is a business site for a client.
Edit
Some users also made some changes with admin privileges 3 hours before this happened, so I'm not really sure who or what is responsible.
I am new to drupal and I was able to familiriaze how it is being installed, worked and etc. Currently, I am updating our website. and it requires an upgrade also of the drupal. So, I went to https://drupal.org/upgrade to start. While in the process I encountered this error :
Warning: require_once(./includes/image.inc) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in/home/mangyano/public_html/includes/common.inc on line 2713
First off, please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place and asking "newbie" questions. ;) I'm new to Drupal, and do use programmers to do the bulk of the site development, but as they are not available at this moment, I thought I would reach out to the community.
