General Troubleshooting Support Services

I hope I'm posting in this forum as intended. I had a question for the general Drupal population on how to get help. We have quite a few Drupal sites at this point. And as we march on creating new sites, some of our older sites begin to see gremlins.

For instance, I have a site that is randomly disabling a theme. Can't figure out why.

I have another site where the site itself just seems to forget there is any theme. It's not disabled. Clearing the Drupal cache always remedies it. But it would obviously be preferable if it didn't happen. Site loads all css and js except those that are theme related. Any css or js or theme templates are totally ignored.

I have exhausted my search for help. So I'm looking for paid services that may help. I know of Acquia and Lullabot. I'm thinking those are expensive. I'm wondering if there are any services that exist that is more middle of the road. Can anyone give me suggestions?

Some of these sites were early builds. Meaning, we weren't as "best practice" as we are becoming now. I can imagine as is the case with many Drupal developers, your first site isn't exactly your cleanest, Drupal standards-compliant site. I don't really want to get a full audit and run down of everything that should be done different. I want some help getting to the actual root of this particular problem.

Cron being redirected, still redirects after fix

Running cron on our website either from mysite.com/cron.php or trying to run it from Status Report just redirects to another page. I've gone into that page and completely removed the redirect code (which was pointing to our vendor's website).

I followed the instructions on this post to remove the redirect code. The redirect code I've used successfully before with no Cron redirects is below:

[SOLVED] EDIT node show 1 hour difference than my PC - Denmark?

http://beta.findtoilet.dk/browse - Updated date shows 1 hour difference than my desktop PC clock

admin/settings/date-time I have 08:15 +0100 and my PC clock 09:15. My host can't find the problem and say servers are using UTC and date.timezone: Europe/Copenhagen so think it could be a Drupal bug in core?

Drop down menu items not displaying - Superfish Menu & Drupal 6

Hello

ive read a lot in forums already on this and still cant find a solution..
Ive heard that slideshows can mess up the drop down, but mine wont display a thing unless i set it a height of the menu, and that doesnt solve the problem as it pushes my content down isntead of overlaying on top.

ive also tried playing with the z-index, but dont really understand what that does.

i have a test page for experimenting on: http://www.funlondontours.com/test
