Drupal 6.x

Currently I have a site that is running Drupal 6.28 that I'm trying to upgrade to Drupal 7. After updating core and going through CCK Migrate > Migrate Data the module reports that everything converted properly. However when i look inside the database the new Drupal 7 equivalent field tables are blank. Anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions to fix this problem. I've been pondering the idea of using migrate module but it seems extremely confusing and complicated to me.

I have uploaded the module Beautytips, and enabled it as usual. I have a content type called Solicitation. From among many fields I have the two main fields (Tiltle and Remarks). I listened to a tutorial video, but it seems it takes one too far than my simple needs. I have a view in which I made the Remarks field to be excluded from view and I followed that field with the title and and I set option ( Output this field as a link) and I filled the the (Alt text:) with [field_remarks_value] . I have a block view.

Okay so for the home page am trying to implement an image gallery using jquery... I obtained the latest version of Nivo-Slider (which is really nice cos of its fluidity) and I'm trying to place it on the page-front.tpl.php ... I have copied all of the necessary files into their relevant locations but I cannot seem to get it to display the actual slideshow ...Does anyone out there know how to help me solve the problem?... its been very annoying...

looking to get simple images to appear in search results that are attached by user to image field of node. I've been thobbing this off for a while as all the posts I try do not seem to work.

Obviously I need the path to pic out user images whith the field being 'samplez'. Tried as many solutions as I can find including update template.php but I know this can be achieved by just updating search-result-tpl.php on it's own.

I have drupal in one linux machine (Fedora). now i want to host into another linux machine (Ubuntu). I copied database and Drupal site into new machine. But now problem is my custom theme is not showing for Blocks in admin section. and also Regions not showing in admin side which has created inmy customtheme.info file. I dont know the solution. Please rectify my problem

Add to cart without leaving the page or post.
I need in add to cart additional functionality, when we add to cart. page will be not redirected to cart page.
