Search not linking to expected pages

I just took over a Drupal project from a previous webmaster. I know PHP and web development, but I am new to Drupal, and am running into a problem I don't understand.
We are using the Search module to search the site. When you search, the results come up just fine, and show the content type near the bottom of the search result.
For example, say we had an "Author" type. You search for JRR Tolkien, and multiple results come up - his Author page among them. At the bottom of the search results it says "Authors" saying which content type it is.

/tmp folder is full of files...

We are not having/getting a storage space error. On our dev site, the /tmp folder Drupal uses is practically empty. On the live server, it has hundreds, maybe thousands of files such as "fileDd7skt".

When I try to sudo rm fileD* for instance, I get no error just normal behavior as if the command worked. But when I ls again, the files are still there.

I've cleaned caches both with Drush within Drupal trying both "Clear all caches" in the admin toolbar as well as Site Configuration/Performance.

Help with spam users

Hello,
I have been working on a website (Drupal 6), but I do not know how to delete a user spam and how to prevent its creation.
I now have 35 000 users to delete, but with Drupal 6 I can not delete it all at once and I have to do one by one.
Please help me find a solution to block the entry of these spam users. I already have the captcha to prevent entry but it doesn't work.

I have also tried to update the modules but I can not because it asks me for an adobe account that I doesn't have.

Views 30 nodes of each term

Hello.
I have views that works with data_export and I export rss. It's working OK, but I need to filter it with a different type.
3 terms - Main, Sport, Economics.

My views has to show 30 nodes of "Main" term, 30 nodes of "Sport" term and etc.
Or there's php codes of rss exporting with term filtering.

Download/Export Content by Username/UID

I would like to know if there is an easy way to download or export blogs and forum posts by username/uid. By easy, I mean less time consuming than having to copy/paste the information manually.
We have been running a blogging site for 7 years, with thousands of users and thousands of blog and forum posts. We are getting rid of our dedicated server and would like to retain blogs from a certain amount of users who have contributed throughout the years. We are currently on drupal 6.28.

From phpmyadmin:
I have exported the node revisions table (because it seems that is where the content from the blogs are, but if there is another place please let me know), but it is huge.
I have tried:
CSV - page error
CSV to MS Excel - received info but it is hard to read
XML- page error
Word Doc- file too big to open

Also, I would like to be able to download by each user so that I can have the files separate to send to each of them, rather than one huge file with all of our blogs in it. I don't know how to narrow the information down to get it by user. I have done a search to narrow it down, but when I export it takes all of the nodes.

From inside Drupal: I have also downloaded the backup/migrate module, but I'm not sure that is for what I am trying to do. Is there even a way to get that information from ftp'ing into the site, or is it all on the database?

Content box not recognizing text

Hi I use Drupal 6x and my comment boxes have slowly begun not accepting comments from people. It started two weeks ago and now most members cannot post. An error comes up saying they must type of the comment box.

I use Newswire theme.

My site is www.womensnest.com

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
