Drupal 6.x

When I goto 'site configuration' then click on 'FCKEDITOR' the page has the fckeditor title but the page below that is blank, there are no admin controls. The module is installed but i cannot see the admin controls, any ideas? It's causing problems for me in regards not being able to upload an image. I receive the following message when trying to using the editor image properties dialog box.

On the user profile page I need to add some custom fields. Mainly they will be able to enter in multiple company names. The site will have a hundred users. I need to add this custom company name field to a node create form, this field should pre-populate with the list of their company names to choose from as they complete the form and create a node. Can this only be done with custom PHP? The site will have many users and they will all use the same node create form but they should not see any other company names but their own in this field.

Can anyone help me find out where the user id of the currently logged in user is stored, so that I can access it for use in php?

The tittle says it all, basically i have the 2 listbox ready with 8 options each, wich are the same options on both listbox, but what i need is that when choosing an option on the first listbox, that option gets blocked or deleted on the 2nd listbox, is it possible? i really need help on this or a way to make the 2nd listbox appear after choosing option on the 1st listbox with the deleted chosen option. Or using an interactive form could be another chance but no idea how or wich. I will be really gratefull
