Drupal 6.x

Hi,

Currently we have some sites in 6.x and 7.x. We hadn't made the switch to 8 waiting for the modules etc to catch up and I saw that Drupal 9 is coming. We are considering upgrading some (from 6 to 7 or maybe 8) but need to know what the benefits would be in the long run to justify the work?

Is there somewhere showing the differences between the versions?

I want to "embed" a set of web sites to my Drupal6 installation.
The following files came from a student project which is a basic html page linking to four other pages displaying some statistical data...

Hi,

I have three blogs, 2 on blogspot, 1 on drupal. I'd like to have them all in one place - at a certain address. The job would involve moving all the content from the 2 blogspot blogs to this one on drupal. It would be great if all the social media interactions (likes, +1's and so on) would also be moved.

Moreover, I would need a new layout / theme to incorporate new content (from these 2 blogs). And probably some magic that would prevent me from losing all my page views ;)

I'm running 6.15. In the locale.install file there is a function, "locale_update_6000," with a comment that says "{locales_meta} table became {languages}". Why then does my db installation contain neither the locales_meta table nor the languages table?

Is this something I need to be concerned about when upgrading to 6.30?

We're using Drupal 6, and it sends an automated email when a new user is created by an administrator (new users can ONLY be created by admins).

I want that email to also be CC'd to our support person.

at ADMINISTER >> SITE CONFIGURATION >> WEBFORMS there is a list of email fields that can be enabled -- CC is not among them.

at USER MANAGEMENT >> USER SETTINGS there are multiple automated email forms, but no apparent way to control the CC or add an additional email address to the TO field.

Hello, I would like to know How to Download and Install all the Updates on my Website. We run our own Server and I deal with an outside vendor on keeping my site up to date, Backup of the server and other problems we have. We seen we have an option to download the updates but we do not know how to do it. We would like to save the money if we do not need the outside service to do this. Can anyone help us and explain what we need to do. We would Appreciate it Greatly. Thank You!
