Drupal 6.x

I'm a webdesign and I know html and just a little of php.
A client asked me to set-up a website that looks very similar (same pages, categories..) to this one http://www.homesleepmusic.com/.
He also asked me to do it in a way that he can keep it updated by himself: so he should be able to add new releases, new artist, tour dates and news.
I've downloaded and installed Drupal, I've done some small changes but now I'm very confused on how to go on and I don't know if I'm able to do what he asked me.

I am new to drupal and have just started a big project using drupal 6 (since it will be released long before our project is released anyway).

I was hoping to describe the module I need to make and get a short list of functions and hooks that i need to accomplish that. I know it's all available in the api but it's soo much easier if you know where to start. I've been reading handbooks and tutorials for over a week.

Please help me in choosing the right modules and making specific programming. I need the following:

I have performed a small test for d6, here is the results, I'll suggest others to post there test report with different combination n modules(specially with cck, views and panels), to help core team get more data for optimisation.

I have created 5 users, 2 vocabs with 5 terms, 200 content (page/story) and 700 comments via devel module.
modules enabled- default installation+path+devel+search

s/w Platform: winxp with xamp1.6.3a
h/w palteform:  Fujitsu 915gm laptop with Celeron M 1.5 Ghz and 512 Ram.
I'm running single site, there is no other load on machine.

Loading /node page :Executed 100 queries in 306.88 milliseconds
Loading  modules page :Executed 81 queries in 200.77 milliseconds. (it will grow with no of modules, i think)
Loading search result page :Executed 173 queries in 856.25 milliseconds.
Loading  users list  page : Executed 79 queries in 451.58 milliseconds
Loading  content list  page :Executed 265 queries in 857.25
Loading  blocks list  page :Executed 132 queries in 1126.82 milliseconds
Loading  url alies list  page :  Executed 204 queries in 715.69 milliseconds
Loading  recent logs  page : Executed 156 queries in 655.38 milliseconds.

Is there any word editor tool in drupal 6.0, similar to TinyMCE? If there is one then do you know how to make it work?

Hello I'm just getting started with Drupal. It has already been installed and whatnot. Right now I'm using another person's admin account at work trying to make my personal account an admin account. We have multiple people on our web team who will all need admin access on their own accounts.

Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.
