Drupal 6.x

I'd be interested in getting a Defensio spam module up and running for drupal 5.x and 6.x . I'm not a developer, but can help with testing, debugging and documentation. Any takers?

I have a website that routes to Drupal after the client log in. For each client i have a set of spesific documents e.g. Quote, Purchase order exc. One way of doing this is to create a new role for each client but this will be an abuse of the role purpose. Is their any other way of doing this

This is what Drupal needs: A way to get emails when someone does something.

You can't do anything on facebook without all your friends or people in the same group as you knowing about it.

You get dumped and change your relationship status and everyone gets posted an email saying tommy is now single or if they leave the environmental group - tommy doesn't believe in the environment any more.

Ok they do not use these words but you see what i mean.

Makes it all a lot more interesting.

I'm struggling to get a handle on how to create my own regions in Drupal 6. I've searched high and low and read tutorials here and elsewhere, but somehow cannot find a clear step-by step introduction to how regions and themes are built, in a way that a Drupal newbie with basic XHTML/CSS/PHP skills can understand, and a general explanation on how that theme is managed and changed at the sites other layers. Does anyone have any links or suggestions to these kinds of tutorials? Would buying Pro Drupal Development help?

We are trying to recreate an existing Multilingual site in Drupal. Any suggestions? Please suggest the best strategy with some cases, if possible. We are very new to Drupal.

... I seem to be missing basic concepts. Just installed 6b2, and having some problems. For instance:

I have ticked off the 'blog' module. My assumption is that this will enable blogging in the 'create content' options... but I do not see that option. I have looked all over the admin interface, and cannot find the switch other than 'enable module' to make blogging start.

Also: I have created a 'story'. It shows up on the front page, and in the Navigation block, as expected. I have subsequentlyadded two other stories. They also show up on the front page (and when clicked, go to their own pages), but do NOT show up in the Navigation block. What am I missing here?

I've been reading the handbooks and scouring the fora, but to little or no avail. Help?
