I am working on a site. If I use Drupal, does it help to develop theme for my site easily? Not sure if Drupal comes up with themes to help develop site rapidly. I liked look and feel of the following site which used Drupal.

Do you think they are using themes from Drupal or probably they might have developed themselves? If Drupal does not help to create themes , then I would like to defer installing Drupal for later version of our website.

Hi, I'm converting my site from wordpress, I know it's not drupal's fault for stripping trailing slashes but my site has categories with a trailing slash and posts without one.

Now, any friendly URL with a trailing slash does not work in Drupal because of this in includes/path.inc:

function drupal_init_path() {
if (!empty($_GET['q'])) {
$_GET['q'] = drupal_get_normal_path(trim($_GET['q'], '/'));
...

Is it safe to remove the trim. I checked a few different types of pages and they worked :-) but that's not a very thorough test.

I was wondering if someone can help me. What I want to do is add html buttons to a text editor, eg, Tiny MCE.

In Expression Engine it is easy to add a custom button, for example, to generate a specific type of link, or apply a certain html heading (in other words you highlight a title, press the title button and it wraps the highlighted text it in <h6> </h6> tags ...

Can this be done in drupal?

Is there a document or step-by-step instructions to install Drupal on windows XP? I tried to download and it showed tar.gz file. Is it right file for windows xp?
