Drupal 6.x

Thank you for this magnificent system.
i want to use drupal on multiple servers, for start, one database and 3 webservers.
How can i install it to multiple servers? What should i care?

We are looking for a Drupal expert to do a basic 40-page static corporate site conversion for us. The major work is a custom (or customized) Drupal theme and a redesigned dynamic home page. The rest is a basic conversion of a small static site. We will run the deployed site in-house. (http://www.puresend.com/)

We are a 6-year-old ASP whose operation is entirely Linux based (primarily Debian, a little CentOS) and which has appropriate graphic design assets (Illustrator versions of logos, outline fonts etc.) available as necessary.

then I saw, that a CMS will be needed and checked almost all existing CMS applications...

now I decided to go on with Drupal

I installed Drupal 5.7 and (toooo many extensions) :-) excited about all this possibilities, the clear and good explanations and helps...

but now I lost the overview (I'm a real newbie)

- login integration with drupal (password needs to be same on drupal site and mail server)
- all basic roundcube functions (mail, address book, settings)

I was wondering. Is it possible to create a photo-sharing application with the complexity of Flickr using Drupal?

I read that Flickr used the following...

• Smarty for templating
• PEAR for XML and Email parsing
• Perl for controlling…
• ImageMagick, for image processing
• MySQL (4.0 / InnoDb)
• Java, for the node service
• Apache 2, Redhat, etc. etc.

Any ideas?

We would like to have our website re-designed using drupal. The idea is to build a main structure and then use that same interface also for international sites in different languages. The look should resemble expedia.com. Please contact me if interested.
