What is the best multi-developer workflow for Drupal 8?

Is it possible to have multiple local environments sharing a database?

If not, what is best practice for keeping local databases in sync?

I am installing Drupal on cPanel via Installatron, and keep getting the MYSQL ERROR 1146 installation error, when trying to install any version of Drupal 8.

I have been able to successfully install Drupal 7, however.

Hi All, I am IT manager of a law firm. company website is in Shopify. Now  owner has asked me to move to any other platform because of high recurring cost. Website has 100s of blog posts and static pages. It do not sell anything online. If we migrate from Shopify to wordpress/drupal how can we import all the blogposts and static pages? i am new to Drupal, so i installed WAMP at a virtual amchine. Followed this tutorial:

But when i am at my loal host and choose my project, i cannot start the installation of drupal.

am getting the cant reacht this page error. make sure the webaddress...

i created in the www folder a projectoflder with the fqdn name and exported the content of the Drupal folder at that place.

I am doing a new Drupal website.  I am new to Drupal but I have used other products for other web pages, including a current one that uses Joomla & RSForms.  

The new web site purpose is a membership subscription where members have access to content that the general public does not see.

Memberships are yearly, renewed automatically unless canceled.

An additional service can be purchased (consulting time) as a one time purchases.
