A lot of errors (1000+) when installing using the --existing-config option

Hi,

I don't think it's a new issue, but one that went unnoticed to us until we upgraded Drush to 10.3.0, which now log Drupal message (https://github.com/drush-ops/drush/pull/4378).  Doing a site install with the --existing-config option spit out thousand of Deleted and replaced... error.

Problems with calendar module

Hello, we have installed v. 8.9.1 of Drupal and the calendar module says that the views_templates are missing... Please, where could I find them? I read that it should be in the core but we don´t find it...

Why is the Vendor directory not in the root directory of Drupal 9 when gitting from https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal, but the same directory is present in the root directory when downloading drupal-9.0.1.tar.gz from drupal.org?

Errors at the "Verifying requirements" step

Hi, I'm trying to install Drupal 9 on Linux and am getting a couple of errors at the "Verifying requirements" step. They are

  1. File system - Writable (public download method)
  2. Settings file - The settings file does not exist

I guess these are permissions problems. My web root permission is www-data:www-data

My Drupal folder inside web root is noel:www-data

After unzipping the Drupal folder and moving it to my web root, I ran the following
