Installing Drupal

Hi,

I know this is very old and know issue in Drupal and there a very handy dandy guide available to fix the problem and I know how to fix this issue BUT on an Apache server. I have been using apache all my career (more than 6 years now) and recently changed my mind to switch to nginx after a discussion with a colleague.

Nginx Installation:

So I installed nginx using brew;

brew install nginx

I am making my annual attempt to get my D7 site onto D8. I span up an Ubuntu server VM and manually installed Drupal 8. All was good. But it seems to me that I really should be using Composer as as least one module I have requires it for D8.

I have a running version on a local server of drupal9, everything ok.

I copied the files to a host server and the database, updated settings.php to point to the new database/user/... on the server.

When i try to open the site on the server, i get the following error:

How to copy a site to CMS Drupal correctly? I just exported the database and made a copy of it from the hosting.

First, I have been researching this for 4 days and have tried every possible solution I have found on the internet
Trying to create a new Drupal project running composer create-project drupal/recommended-project folder --no-install -vvv

It fails with a 404 when downloading the recommended-project.json file. This is the URL being sent for that file:

https://packages.drupal.org/files/packages/8/p2/drupal/recommended-project.json

 Step 1 provision Kubernetes Cluster

• Click the Catalog button on the top

• Select Service from the catalog

• Search for Kubernetes Service and click on it

• You are now at the Kubernetes deployment page, you need to specify some details about the cluster

• Choose a plan standard or free, the free plan only has one worker node and no subnet, to provision a standard cluster, you will need to upgrade you account to Pay-As-You-Go
