Installing Drupal

Help!

I have imported a site from drupal gardens and i am tyring to host it myself. Twice i have uploaded my site to my server and changed the setting.php file and the site looked fine. The rotating banner was not working but i thought this was a minor problem and would go to bed and sort in the morning.
Doh! The next day my site seems to be not working at the moment there is no CSS styling. It was something else yesterday.

I'm having troubles installing drupal 6.22 on my server. Firstly the Advanced Options for database setup does not appear (the title is there but does not have any options) and then it just gets frozen when I click to setup?

Any ideas?... i've tried this 3 times now from fresh install.

I'm trying to install drupal 6.2 on osx with a mamp setup, but i can only select msqli or pgsql database. I'd like to select a mysql database but can't seem to find how to unlock this option.

Trying to install and receiving this error message:

I've loaded all files onto the server via FTP...however, when I go to my domain name in order to install Drupal, the following errors show up:
