"unable to load dynamic library" warnings after install

i just installed drupal on my localhost, and i pointed my browser at:

http://localhost/drupal-4.1.0/

and i got these messages at the top of the screen:

I get an error message on the photo gallery page of my site...

I get this error message:

warning: Illegal offset type in /home/sites/site88/web/modules/taxonomy.module on line 462.

When I go to the the photo gallery page of my site:

http://www.malfunct.net/module.php?mod=image

Has anyone seen this before? I'm using an RC of drupal 4.1.0. Any help on resolving the problem would be appreciated.

Personalisation of Boxes

Is it possible to have differents themes for differents boxes : a theme for the block node, an other theme for the block "last article", an other for ... ???
If it's possible, that pemits to make more elabored templates than now...

A Couple More CVS Bugs

  • Upon editing, nodes no longer are split into the Intro Text and Full Text sections. So, a 4,567 word story node would all be in the first Intro Text field rather than just the first two paragraphs or whatever.
  • I appropriately installed the CVS version of the PDFView module, and put the pdf library file in the proper includes/ directory. It shows up, but the PDF files it creates don't work. Fix this. Only local images are allowed.

    Hi

    I get this error message when trying to send new password with drupal.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /www/docs/drupal-4.1.0/modules/user.module on line 257

    I have installed both Apache 1.3 and latest PHP.
    Can anyone help me?
