Upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1 all seemed to work fine. Including my old theme. Then, as admin, it seems that simply visiting the Themes link when Administering the Site has broken something. Now, no matter what themes I enable and no matter what theme I set as the site default, they are never used. Some sort of plain jane text only look is used. I've looked in the system table and things seem fine. I've looked in the variables table and things seem fine.
Please help! Are there gotachs to do with themes when upgrading to 4.1?
I'm running Win32 (2000) on my server with PHP, Apache and MySQL (Linux is a jungle for me, so this was the way of getting the server up and running fairly easy).
How do I easiest make some Cron like scheduler in that environment?
I have tried to figure out how to have one (or more) public pages without makeing all the content public.
If I set the "access content" under "user permissions" for "anonymous user" they can see all nodes and not just one or more pages that I want them to see (before the change status to "authenticated user" or others.
Hi there!
First of all thanks for the effort you put in Drupal. It really is a great tool.
I just installed 4.1.0 on Linux/Apache1.3 and I'm trying to build my website. I've created an admin user following the installation manual and posted a test story. The story is visible on the main page (http://localhost/) only if I'm still logged in as admin. If I click "logout" I get an empty page with the login box on the right and no content.
I've checked the status of the item and everything seems OK. Anyone can help?
I recently upgraded my drupal installation from 4.0 to 4.1. I ran the update.php script and that worked fine. Just about everything else works ok, but the contents from the old forums has disappeared.
I created a taxonomy with the same names as the old forum topics, but still nothing.
How can I recover the old forums? (I do have a backup of the db btw.)
PS: Huge thanks to the Drupal developers - love it!
