I am fairly new at this but I have 4.1 up and running fine. Loaded 4.2 and am having troubles. When I go to index.php and click on any link I just get a listing of the folder contents.
Having placed the mailhandler.module in modules and added the mailhandler.mysql to my database, I get this error when navigating to system config --> modules --> mailhandler:
user error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use

(btw: I've edited out the actual directory tree before "database.mysql.inc" in this post and replaced it with "..")
I accidentally managed to delete my Drupal based site (www.stodge.net). Basically I logged into the wrong site (I had two drupal sites) and deleted the files. Oh well, I'll know better for next time.
I have drupal installed(Linux 2.4.20-18.7, php 4.3.2, and apache 1.3.27) and everything seems to be working fine with the exception of the new user or password change emails being sent.
