Hi
I'm currently evaluating PHP based forum software for integration with an existing website. So far on my test box I've installed and configured, drupal, phorum, phpbb and w-agora. My goal is to provide Journals (Blogs for patients), Forums and news articles (Stories) for a non-profit charity that helps leukemia patients and their families.
Ok just a quick question. Im looking to rename some of the areas of our site to be a bit more in tune with our target audience. So I just want to change all references of the word 'Blog' to 'Racer Log' and make some other similar changes.
I am tring to have a mailing list put into my drupal site. I have mailhandler and list handler setup. when i sen test mail it shows up under the active & new forum topic block but does not show up in the forum i want it to. i can make it show up by clicking the administer link and selecting the forum. What commands should be put in as the default for mailhandler?
Can someone explain for me the rules regarding module versions? I am currently running 4.2 on a test box and am in the process of setting up the production system. I plan on doing a fresh install of Drupal and am trying to decide which version of Drupal. In making this decision I was looking at what modules were available for which Drupal version.
Am I correct in assuming that if a module does not list 4.3 then it is not for use in 4.3?
i wasn't sure how to title this thread, so its probably not very clear.
thus, allow me to explain.
my site has (or will have) a series of sections run by different artists. One of the most important issues is that each of their sections has a unique visual design all to itself. So, essentially, i need a CMS that will allow for a series of differently designed 'sites', unified under a single community (forum, frontpage blog, etc).
