Installing Drupal

I get the following error message when trying to add a new block:

user error: Duplicate entry '' for key 3

OK, this is so weird that I first thought that I had some strange scumware on my computer...

If I try to configure the aggregator module, the browser hangs until it eventually times out with a message that the web site is not responding.

No error shows up in the log.

So I go to the Drupal site and search for "aggregator"... SAME PROBLEM!!!

Ok... maybe I have been bitten, so I scan my PC (note: I clean peoples computers of scumware for a living). It comes up clean. I do all the geek-tests for undetected scumware... all clean.

I am using Apache and PHP on Windows.
I have just installed drupal but I am getting php errors when I turn on the cache.

Here is the error:

If get a blank page if I refresh

In the install file of the il8n module, it says that we have to "apply the patches to the Drupal core that are provided. Located in the 'patches' folder".
However, I don't know how to patch. (where should we place these files?)
Can everybody help me?

I'm using 4.6--Everything seems to be working ok. I activated the aggregator and it shows up under Admin. When I click on Source, I get a header that says Sources and a little block graphic for "XML"
I don't have any config items for setting the sources. Am I doing something wrong? Where are my configuration items?

Hey guys,

I have a fresh install of Drupal 4.6.0 at www.austech.org/blog/ but the problem is, the archive calendar is one day behind.

E.g.: the posts are on the 21st (which is right), but the archive calendar shows the 20th as the 'current day', not the 21st.

I've setup the timezone and all properly to no avail.
