Installing Drupal

I started to get the following message when I click into any node to view it. (i.e. going to http://example.com/node/4)

I just installed drupal and am testing it out on a site.

I intergrated one of my Invision Board Forums into Drupal.

However, when ever a guest posts something (i.e. as Anonymous) I get this error

Hi, I copied across the files from the CVS while trying to install the localisation module -

Now I have this error. These files are for 4.6.1, the copy I have - can anyone tell me what am I missing?

I've installed Drupal for my personnal website and I'm having a couple of problems.

My site is running on Drupal 4.6.2. and IIS W2K3. I cant use clean URLs (I get the "Your site doen't support clean URLs error".). When I use my trip_search module, I get four "foreach()" errors in a row. My MySQL and PHP cant create directories, and I cant upload any images or files through Drupal. I get a "can't find system/files directory" error (even though there is one) regularly. There's a host of other errors, and I can't figure out a single one. Any help?

Installed TinyMCE, but it's not working.

I uploaded the files to the modules directory, updated my mysql database, enabled the module, and granted access for everyone. I get the link below the text entry box, but when I click on it, I get the following error:
