Update notification

Hi and thanks, i use this module with great pleasure on my site.

I was wondering if i missed something, i would like some kind of notification when a node has been edited, or somebody added something to at node.
I dont know how this should work, but was thinking of somehow promote to the frontpage that a node has been updated with new info, or mabye a block with recent modified nodes, just like when a forum has new answers. Or else nobody reads or finds out that a node contains new info.

Hope i explain this understandble, and sorry for the poor english.
