Problem/Motivation

I have multi-lingual site. When I edit webform in other language. Then the design error is showing.

Steps to reproduce

Set up Drupal 8 in multi-language.
Create webform.
Edit Webform in another language.

Proposed resolution

There should be managed display message section.

How did you determine this is an issue in Drupal Core rather than in the Webform module?

I found this design issue in Drupal 8 core Seven Theme when using Webform setting in multi language site.

If I mention any wrong statement regarding this design (message output) issue.
Please correct me.

The issue is I am trying to have the action button (add element) align with show/hide weights elements. When a message is displayed it breaks the layout. I can try to simplify the CSS and address this issue.

The solution was to use jQuery to fix the toggle weight links positioning.
