Implementation of VoIP Queue to send and maintain bulk VoIP Drupal SMS and audio calls.
Uses Views Bulk Operations to select users to send an (optionally timed) SMS or recorded voice call. Adds additional call queue maintenance to core VoIP Queue functionality.
