Warning Notice when no errors are present in watchdog

A warning notice is created if the Watchdog is cleared in drupal and the module link (admin/reports/logs_filterable) is accessed.
This is due to the query being run without checking if data exists. If no data is present in the SQL Query this error shows up.

Its a quick fix to avoid future warnings/notices if the watchdog is cleared in DRUPAL.
