Problem/Motivation

I have the same issue mentionned in https://www.drupal.org/project/video_embed_field/issues/3550450.
It was fixed for youtube but not for youtube playlist.

Steps to reproduce

Add youtube playlist video. You'll get the 153 error.

Proposed resolution

Add the attribute referrerpolicy in YouTubePlaylist::renderEmbedCode()
