Problem/Motivation

Reminder verification emails are not translated into the user's preferred language when email sends with cron.

Steps to reproduce

Change account language to a not site default language. First email after registration you gets in user's preferred language, all reminder emails that will be sent after will use default site language.

Proposed resolution

Translate variable with i18n_variable module.
