uc_wishlist email button generates an email with a link like /wishlist/Test instead of wishlist id.

I have attached a patch which resolves this issue.

I have not found the bug with the existing code.I have updated the code as in the patch as it was cool to include the smart code and added some more tweaks.
Committed da5f9c4 and fixed.
