I have not seen that, but I have seen similar behavior when adding or changing attributes. Did you do any of that?

Second question, are you comfortable with getting some raw data out of your mySQL database? If so, can you send me the data from the order products that did and did not appear on the list?

I didn't change any of the attributes or add any new ones.

Here's an update. It seems that it doesn't matter which product I look at, after record #147 no attribute info is displayed.

It looks like the attributes aren't showing up for orders placed after I uploaded the most recent Ubercart update.

ahaaa. you anticipated my next question. Okay, let me look and see if I am having the same problem here. The attribute recording in Ubercart is a bit persnickety. Hold on!

Update: Okay, it looks like at least two tweaks were made to UC attributes. I suspect that at least one of them is at fault. This should be easily fixable.
