Release notes

This release contains the following changes:

  1. Drupal 11 support #3434805: Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for structure_sync
  2. Fix executable file permissions on files.
  3. Fix spelling mistakes and create a project words list.
  4. Update .gitlab-ci.yml with latest changes from project/gitlab_templates.
  5. Runs tests against the previous major version of Drupal (D9 at time-of-writing), and the next major version of Drupal (D11 at time-of-writing).
